Neuvomme miten toimia palautus/vaihto asioissa. Käyttämättömillä tuotteilla on 14päivän vaihto- ja palautusoikeus.

Return policy

When you received your order and it´s damaged or isn't what you ordered you need to contact our customer support within 14 days. With complaints the customer needs to contact our customer support via e-mail: sales.kellotarvike@gmail.com. Please state order number and reason for your complaint when you contact us and we will get back too you as soon as possible with instructions on how you return your damaged products. We reserve the right to replace the damaged product with a brand new one, if the product is out of stock you will get a refund.

A private consumer has the right to regret the purchase within 14 days of having received the products. The product should be returned in its original packaging unused. If a customer wishes to return a products he or she should contact our costumer support and information will be given on how to return the package. Shipping fees for returns is paid by the customer.

Please note that we are not responsible for the postal service handling.
